It’s been a terrible winter. We nudged up to almost average snow but when it’s year four of a miserable drought, average doesn’t cut the mustard. Today we got one of those desert storms that can brighten up this cowboys day. Started with rain this morning and we got a quarter of an inch!!!!!! That is an amazing storm for this country. Then it turned into big heavy flakes of snow!!! Four inches of soaking wet snow will surely help jump start our grass that’s been in such short supply. More could come Monday and Thursday!!!! I’m just standing out here grinning from ear to ear. Plenty of feed and shelter and no wind or fridged temps. Yipeeeee!!!
