YIPEEEEEEEE! Good for you Haymaker! If we got 3 1/2 " of rain in one storm out here we all be buying lumber and gatherin' animals! There's nothing like rain on dry ground to lift your spirits and make ya feel blessed! Hope this primes the pump and gets ya going in the right direction!

Well you are lucky. We only got 1.5 today, but they still have 100% chance for the next two days. I just hope we get an 1.5 each toady that away it will go into the ground.

That's great news, Haymaker. So glad to hear it.
I hope someday to live where you can honestly say, "I sure wish
it would stop raining."
Time is running out, tho.

What a rain!!! As long as somebody didn't just fill your rain gauge with water....I've pulled that trick a time or two.

we may have pulled off with 3/4 of an inch today. But at least we have a few puddles. I'm sure they'll soak in fairly fast. But it's supposed to be 90% chance tomorrow. I hope it comes a frog stangler!!!! But I do admit this nice slow stuff soaks in real good.

Maybe now you can take a bath.

Nope, creek aint up enough yet, dont wanna sound unappreciative but,I need more rain to get the tanks and creek up.
Aint nuthin better than stoppin that ole blue tractor on a 100 degree day at the creek crossin and jumpin in that clear cold water, gets the dust off you right nicely.
good luck

We'll know when the creek comes up then. Haymaker will take himself a bath and disappear for a week to head south and drink tequila and chase women :D :D
