Wow we've been gittin it. I haven't even kept up with how much each day. But we did go out yesterday and check the rain guage. FIL has been dumpin it and keepin up with the amounts. Yesterday we got 3 inches. This has been a daily thing now for almost a week. The grass is growin so fast you can just about hear it.

Thank you God for this lovely rain. We don't normally get rain this time of year like this. Unless we have a tropical depression or somethin come in. Sure will make it good for the hay crops and pasture grass.

Lilly, we had 5 inches yesterday  .....yep all in about 7 hours and it rained all 7 hours  ......in June  ........a week after we got 1 8/10ths over two days......

:( 40% of this years rainfall fell in 8 days.

May be late but it came and glad to have gotten it. Should be able to make some hay now. Will be able to make a lot of hay if it keeps raining from time to time.

We only got 2or 3 tenths here at the ranch but just west of Big Beaver 20 miles away got 3 inches.

Yeah--- the radar is showing that area over by Scobey- and west of you as getting an inch to several inchs in places...
Must have been the first little storm that went up thru Wolf Point/Scobey country and missed us....

Sun is finally out- and birds a singing...We ended up with just a hair short of an inch down on the river- and .6 at the north place....

We got an inch and a half of rain night before last, and half an inch last night. We really needed the rain, and it sounds like there could be more in the next couple days.

The countryside between here and Rapid City is sure green and pretty. I don't think I've ever seen the Wall - Kadoka area look this good.
