And you question my crediblity when you cannot offer proof only accuastions and heresay!
As stated proof of what you say or your credibilty goes down lower than what you think mine is.
no(know)nothing

You can't handle the truth....You have even got your own self fooled...Also it is not that I think your credibilty is shot here I know it is....but you have yourself a good day whoever you are......

Proof man or are you just using your mouth!
Can you handle the truth that you are just spouting and false accusing?
MY creidbility is no longer the point, your is very suspect at this point because all you offer nothing absolutly nothing except false accusations. If you are so asure i will make you a deal!
Offer up and show the proof that all you say is true and I will leave the board forever, if you cannot show that proof then you pack your bags and leave.
The ball is your hands Nonothing, proof that I am anyone other than the ones I have admitted to being! Or slither on out of here!

Someone has already proven themselves to have three other egos or whatever they are called I think for most that's proof enough that you just ignore and go on so don't sweat it nothing.

Cal first off you should tell yourself that you are no better then anyone else. I'm not the only one you bite at but I'm not gonna ignore your rude (insert rude name for a mule here). Second off Cal if your family helped you out lucky you! Just don't get all condescending at those of us that had to borrow money from the banker to get our start and still borrow money from the banker to finance vehicles. Hell I just drive vehicles for the bank, by the time it's paid for it's wore out with living rural. If you can't comprehend that concept I have a job in town and commute 120 miles a day to help provide health insurance for my family. So your rebutle if I'd keep my butt at home it wouldn't be wore out is already taken care of.

Let's talk about sacrafice which I doubt you truely understand the word. Sacrafice is not having family in the business or cattle and building a cow herd and operation. Sacrafice is cutting your personal spending in order to invest more in your operation. Sacrafice is cutting spending at the grocery store to have more available when you stop at Co-op.

So pat yourself on the back and tell yourself anything you want and go to bed.
Your right, obviously your situation is grim and you have no light at the end of the tunnel and you know more about sacrafice...er sacrifice and you know everything about me. Congratulations, you win. Back is patted and headed to bed.

I find it funny that Cal would critique anyone else's spelling. His favorite word is GUESS. But he always spells it wrong. Do a search on the word GEUSS I bet he has mispelled the word at least a hundred times over the years on this forum.

Yes, thanks Jason, for pointing that out. I'm ashamed to admit I usually skip your posts over.

Cattle Army, don't read more into my posts than what is there. I never said anything against loans to open up business opportunities or purchases of Real Estate, if need be and they can cash flow. Believe me, I've purchased land when I was nothing more than an employee and had to figure it out. To paraphrase Alan Savory, at a management seminar I attended quite a few years ago....If you can manage to make purchases without relying on credit from the seller, you're at a definite advantage and can save more than you might believe.....and he gave us some examples. I do agree with him. I think I can purchase a vehicle and save what's equivalant to at least a years worth of payments. I truly hope that soon you will be able to do the same. Honestly, I'm happy for anyone who's hard work and innovation pays off for them and hope that's happening for you as well....believe it or not.

People just need to realize that there two kinds of credit, beneficial and detrimental. Generally, credit to purchase performing assets like land, cattle and NEEDED equipment is good as the addition to the cash flow is larger than the payments. Detrimental credit is credit card debt, payments for that equipment that you didnt' really need, that new dually and featherlite trailer that you had to have so you can go roping, etc....

Know the difference and don't be afraid of beneficial credit - we built a nation on the combination of beneficial credit and sweat. On the other hand, ranches have been lost because of detrimental.

These statements need to be in every young person's billfold who is just starting out. I have tried to live by them all my life with respect to credit. I have just never seen them written down. Good Post!

No, it just seems like Friday the 13th is really your day, Jason, but I totally understand your need to hide behind an alius.
