So this year we intentionally kept 1 bull calf. He is off of a commercial Red Angus cow and his sire is Red Blake's Tradition 22Y http://abri.une.edu.au/online/cgi-b...&5=2B3C2B3C3A&6=5A5D5A275926262126&9=505D505C
His mother is an 11 year old cow and one of our consistantly top producing cows. He was born Mar 13, 2013 with a BW of 76 lbs. I am fairly impressed with him, I think he might just be a keeper.
