Soapweed, a haemophilus break in a commercial feedyard is guite an indightment of that yard. I'm sure if you called that yard and said you had the problem at HRC, they'd totally agree.

Also looks like the dairy buyout got some of your blood too (in 86). I still have to repress the urge split a dairyman's lip.

Gee silly me I blamed the fool President who signed the stupid dairy buy-out bill.

Now that really is silly. So you suppose there is a human able to micro manage every decision (in America) of equal and greater importance as the DBO? The dairy industry violated the "orderly" dirrective of the law.

The DBO made me realize the importance of the NCA (now NCBA). The whiney NFU/NFO dairy sect is proud of themselves when the foist a political taking on the rest of the economy for some meager short term dairy gain. THere had better be an equal and opposite pressure in opposition because its easy for Congress to get all American Gothic.
