An E-mail I received from numbersusa- a group fighting against all the illegals in the country...

Thank Sen. Baucus for Including Verification in his Health Bill

On September 9, 2009, President Obama spoke to Congress and the nation about the House's proposed health care bill. During his speech, President Obama said that illegal aliens would not be covered under the bill. Unfortunately, he was wrong -- the House bill will allow illegal aliens to access free non-essential health services.

Fortunately, Sen. Baucus' version of the bill does include verification provisions. Specifically, a person claiming to be an American citizen will have his/her name, Social Security number, and date of birth verified through the Social Security Administration. Those individuals claiming to be legal aliens will have their information verified through DHS.

It needs to be noted that NumbersUSA does not have a stance on government-funded health care. However, we do believe that the verification provisions in Sen. Baucus' bill will prevent illegal aliens from receiving free health care.

So Joe Wilson was correct?

What is sad is the Supreme will open the back door and they will be covered. Both Baucus and Obama know this!
