since the weatherman said it was going to get cold and wet, I went out and picked the rest of the Anahiem Chiles before they get frozen. Then you roast them and peel off the waxy hard layer and put them in the freezer. Nothing like the smell of chiles roasting on the grill. UUUUUMMMMMMMMM Now that it is snowing outside, guess what, a pot of chile is on the stove. :p :p :p
