Yup. Drove over to Augusta for the---what?---77th performance of the "Biggest one day rodeo in the West!" yesterday---it's always the last sunday in june, so easy to remember.

And there was just gobs of Rooshians there among the drunks---easy to spot them, they was the well behaved ones.........Good times, as always!

Our local Russians are quite polite and well quiet when they are drunk as well... I guess when you are raised to understand that troublemakers just disappear,.. you become quiet and polite.. even when drunk.

most of ours aren't really Russians but from the former soviet controlled states.. (the breakaways)

I enjoy talking to most of them as they are glad to be here and "Love America" most are a bit sad to leave but have family and friends at home they would miss to much...

but to say that Russians are not her and be sarcastic about it is missing the fact that they are already here.. and have been..

it was about twenty years ago we did our first joint military exercise...

their equipment was impressive.. to say the least.. but it was not designed for a defensive purpose.. just do as much damage as possible..
and personnel protection didn't look like a design consideration.. .

While the average service member is a conscript and would rather be elsewhere, I doubt they realized exactly how expendable they really were considered...
