Ryan Bumps Lead In Wisconsin

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney has opened up a 1-point lead in the key battleground state of Wisconsin, according to a poll released Tuesday.

The poll by Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling shows Mr. Romney leading President Obama 48 percent to 47 percent in the Badger State. The results are identical to those from a Rasmussen Reports poll released last week.

Mr. Obama, who won Wisconsin by 14 percentage points in 2008, consistently has led in state polls but has seen his lead evaporate in the two weeks since Mr. Romney announced Wisconsin GOP Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate.

The poll showed that Republican voters have rallied behind the Romney-Ryan ticket, with 93 percent saying they will vote Republican, and that Wisconsin independents have shifted away from the president, who holds just a 4-point lead with them after enjoying a 14-point lead last month

I hope this continues after the Republican Convention, I love their theme it is "WE BUILT THAT".meaning small business owners worked hard to built their successful businesses spite the Government. They are making Obama pay for his comment about "YOU DIDN'T BUILD THAT".

GOOD FOR THEM. :D :D :D

I also heard today Obama is about 60 million dollars behind Romney in fund raising and he is spending money like Oldtimer's drunken sailor.
Seems Obama, even with all his celeb. bundlers, has spent more than he has taken in for the last three months. And this is the guy that wants voters to re-elect him so he can build up 6 more trillion dollars in national debt.

BTW Obama is sending Biden to Tampa during the Republican Convention. Let's hope he sticks his foot in his mouth this week and makes a fool out of himself AGAIN.

They talked about this very thing on Mark Levine show today, Tam, so
it's right that Romney has raised more money than Obama and Obama
is spending money 'like a drunken sailer.' Gee, where have I heard that
line before? :p

I just don't see why any one would vote for this guy

First he ran on Hope, Change and Transparency. He started his first term with hiding all his records so nobody could see them.

Once in office he passed a bill that was passed only because of the dirty behind close door deals that bought his own party's support.

He has broke nearly every promise he made and CHANGED NOTHING.

He said he would cut the deficit but has consistantly ran a Trillion + deficit during his first term.

The US was facing some of the tough years they have had in decades and he lead from the golf course.

When he told tax payers they were going to have tighten their belts and do with less to get through the tough times ahead due to his spending people saw him and his wife taking lavish vacations on seperate jets.

His record is so bad that he can't run on it so he is over spending his fund raising abilities by running some of the worst attack ads filled with out and out lies to destroy his opponent.

I PRAY the US voters will actually look at his TRUE RECORD and not the lies he and his speaking heads are passing off as his record.

LOOK AT HE ABILITY TO WRITE AND STAY WITHIN A BUDGET. OH SORRY, In the pass three years he and his Democrat cohorts in Washington have not passed a budget have they. And the one Obama did write was opposed 97 to 0 in the REID CONTROLED SENATE.

I just don't get his poll ratings.
