Rye Whiskey... for OT and Haymaker.

Hey Fellas, I just today sold a few thousand bushels of rye to one of the distilleries that makes a very popular CDN Rye whiskey(Crown).
This was rye that was fertilized with manure from my "infected" Canuck BSE cows.
I feel it is my duty to warn you about this. You might want to back off on your CDN whiskey consumption over fears of contracting nVCJD through this route.
I'm sure you can find a domestic "rye" whiskey(corn squeezzin's) that compares to the taste and finish of Crown Royal  ..... at least until my contaminated "crap" makes it through the system.
You're welcome!!! :D :D :D :D :D

One thing nice about this site, is a place for everything. You can find heated discussions of R-Calf-NCBA, Canada-US, Liberal-Conservative, etc. When you go to Ranch Talk, many of those same posters who disagree on the other sections, are the first to try and help each other.

To me, the Coffee Shop is a quiet relaxing place for friendship. When I go out to help friends work their cattle & I’m invited in to share their food and friendship, I always take my $hitty boots off at the door.
You forgot to take your boots off at the door Tim! You are tracking $hit on the Coffee Shop carpet. Take it back to the bull session where it belongs & one is not expected to wipe their feet!

fedup, I must sespectfully say that it is you who is out of line here. Tim was just makin' some fun, why can't you just let it be? Where I come from freinds and neighbours poke fun at each other because they feel comfortable with each other and because they like each other. Lighten up partner.

Silver, now I have to respectfully disagree with you! I have been following this topic long enough to know what is in fun and what is B.S.
If I brought over half the topics from bullsession & just put a smiley face behind them, would it change the message or meaning? All in fun right? Thanks for sharing your opinion like I shared mine. Have a nice day.

Ya OK, fedup2. Point taken, I suppose.
How's this sound?........ I'll "wipe my feet" if you'll dry your eyes and blow your nose.

Send me the Whiskey. I'll be a guinea pig and drink it. :p

Tangle Ridge or Crown???? :D
Hey Mike, There was an item on our morning news show here this morning about a church in Montgomery.
Apparently they had either left their lawn sprinkler on or someone turned it on during the night. The temperature got down enough that it formed ice on their trees. It looked very nice and I'm sure it was somewhat of a novely in Alabama but the extra weight knocked a few of the trees down. OOPS!!
I think it was probably your pickup truck that was in the shot of the church parking lot. :D :D :D :D

Word of advice for Haymaker. Next time you buy a crock of Crown you might want to test it on Elmo first.
If'n he just sits there on the couch playing Nintendo and lookin' kinda numb then you're probably good to go.
But if he starts banging into walls and twitchin' like Piester's heifer did, then you're better off laying off until that Manitoba rye makes its way through the system.
They tell me French congnac tastes not bad. If you drown it with enough Dr. Pepper.
