Anyone got any tips for someone wanting to get into saddle making? Has anyone heard of a Tipman Boss sewing machine and is it bit enough for saddle sewing?

Ya needa ask Jinglebob about that he'd prolly know, most of the leather work we do we stitch by hand. I've heard of Tipman machines, but don't know how big the model is your referrin to.

I believe our very talented "Jinglebob" here on ranchers.net would be the fella who can help you out. Do a search or go back through some of the Coffee Shop posts and you will see some of his work. I think he's posted a saddle (or two?,) a purse he made for his daughter in law and maybe a pair of chinks.

Cheers---
