Sandhhill Cranes

As usual, the Sandhill Cranes migrated down here this winter.
I set here watching them eat my winter grass and tell the wife that I wish they would go back to Nebraska.
Also ask her if they were worth eating. She said we weren't going to find out.
Then yesterday I found out that they aren't just eating the grass, they are eating Gophers too. My wife said she wished they would come in the yard and get the ones there.
So they are good for something after all. :lol:

That's the fun part about being in Kansas, we can hunt them here even though they can't in Nebraska
