SANTORUM: Hold on, Charlie. When you quote a bad joke from a supporter of mine that somehow I'm responsible for, that's "gotcha."

ROSE: No one's saying your responsible, Senator. They're asking how you would characterize it and what you said to him. Not that you were responsible. It's to understand how you differ from what this person said.

SANTORUM: So now I'm gonna have to respond to when every supporter says something. Look, this is what you guys do. You don't do this with President Obama. In fact, with President Obama, you went out and defended him from someone he sat in a church for 20 years and defended him with "Oh, he can't possibly believe what he listened to for 20 years." This is a double standard, it's what you're pulling off, and I'm gonna call you on it.

Santorum was exactly right, Obama is never held accountable for what his buddies do and say but GAWD forbid if a Republican candidate supporter says anything. Can you imagine if Santorum or Romney would have sat in a church where the minister yelled GOD DAMN AMERICA for the pulpit. They would have been burned at the stake but not Obama the media defends him by saying he didn't know the good minister was saying anything wrong. :roll:

There is a reason Gingrich got a standing ovation and Santorum deserves the same. It is time the Left Bias media stops their attacks on the right when they defend the left for the same and WORSE things.

in more ways then just what he did.

by turning it back on the media.. he has denied them the line of attack.. .

McCain had several incidents during the primary he had tried to defend against.. one was a lady who correctly referred to Hillery as a ----- ,

and McCain had to spend time defending his chuckling at her comment..

then later a staffer used Hussein's middle name.. soon if anyone conservative/republican/rino or even somewhat center right said something the liberal media disliked.. McCain was tied to it.. just as Romney is often doing now..

By standing up and dismissing it, Santorum once again proved he is ready for the general election..

Might surprise OT, to find out that Santorum voted for public funding of "family planning/contraceptives", if he spent the time to investigate the facts, eh
