Republican judge saves Sarah Murnaghan from death panel bureaucrats

The liberal media will never report that Judge Baylson is a Ronald Reagan appointee reappointed by George W. Bush. While Obama and Sebelius Democrats dithered, Republicans made an effort to save a human life.

He looked beyond the books thatprohibit a child under age twelve from receiving an adult lung

This is where the rubber of the law meets the road of common sense. Attempting to save Murnaghan’s life should have been the easiest political decision ever made.

The man who took time congratulating Jason Collins took no action. The man who claimed Trayvon Martin could have been his son failed to grasp that Sarah Murnaghan is somebody’s daughter.

As for Health and (secret email) Human Services Obamacare Czarina Kathleen Sebelius, she showed what happens when cold, bureaucratic government procedures trump human beings.

Instead, Obama and Sebelius proved that Sarah Palin was right. There absolutely are “death panels,” and we almost had the first victim.

As for the nameless, faceless bureaucrats, we know their names, faces, and political ideology.

Judge Baylson delivered the common sense solution. While his decision can be appealed, no Obama liberal wants to make that politically suicidal decision.

who gets a donated organ is a hard choice.. weighing who needs and deserves it the most.. and who is the best match...

who gets on the list shouldn't be... it should be a choice between a doctor and the patient..

Sarah could die within weeks without a transplant, her parents have said. But they don't expect her to be moved to the top of the list.

"We have never, ever asked that Sarah get special attention or be placed in front of anyone more severe than her," her father said. "So if there ... is another adult who is more severe, who has a higher lung allocation score, they will still get their lungs first."

Where someone is placed on the adult lung transplant list depends on several factors -- blood type, distance from donor to potential recipient, and a lung allocation score. The score is derived from medical factors like test results and the patient's diagnosis.

Sarah's parents said her score is a 78. Anything above 60 is considered a high score
