How did she know he was at the gas station if she did not have someone following him? Is this the new civility that the Democrats were talking about?

State Sen. Joe Leibham has filed an open records request with the Sheboygan Area School District for details about an ominous phone call received Tuesday by Dick Hiers Northeast Standard. Leibham believes the caller, who told a station clerk it was a bad idea for the station to do business with the senator, made the call from a phone registered to the school district.

Hiers, who said he was alarmed by the call, used the *69 function on his phone to find the number and then looked the number up online, which led him to the school district.

The woman accused of making those threats, 26-year-old Katherine Windel of Cross Plains, was in Dane County Circuit Court on Thursday to plead not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of making threats over a computer. She has been also charged with two felony counts of making bomb threats.
