I'll take a full crew to calf prices any ol' day :D :D :D The tickets of yours that I've seen look pretty good to me. Your cattle have consistently done all the market will allow. Congratulations of a great fall all the way around. The last two pictures say it all.

You have a good crew and some nice black cattle that sell in the top of the market. It doesn't get much better than that. I enjoy the pictures. :D :D

Looks like gumboot cowgirls/boys aren't limited to just the Chilcotin. :D

Have you sold your empty cows yet? They have gotten pretty cheap up here.
The high on ours was .2850 last week.

We sold 19 older open cows last Monday (November 10th) at Valentine. They averaged 1286 pounds @ $40.19 per cwt, or $516.94 per head.

The wind is howling today and there is snow in the air. Glad we postponed our preg-checking job until next week.

At least we are sharing the same kind of weather, it is snowing sideways here this morning. We will see if the weather report is correct in predicting 3-5 inches.

It snowed here last night and the wind was howling in the 40mph range. The wind has let up a little and its snowing again. Cull cows are in the $40 range here. We sold some in Miles City on 10/21 that brought $50.50 weighing about 1300lbs.
