I love a good cow family. The next are mother daughter photos.

I posted the first photo before, but wanted to show her to you before you see her daughter.

This girl is also entering our donor program while her dam has been getting flushed all winter and summer. I wish I had a photo of her too, but never got one. Oh well.

Nice photos BRG...

How's little BRG doing? Sorry we didn't get to see you a couple weeks ago. Didn't figure we needed to spread our crud to him. Tell the Mrs. hello too.

Cheers---

Thanks for the compliments. Really appreciate it.

TTB - Holden is doing good, still going through the colic thing and has alot of troubles with that, but he is pooping, eating, crying, and growing, exactly what he is suppose to be doing. Doing alot of smiles now and wanting to giggle, but it just won't quite come out yet.

BRG Classic "Textbook" quality Red Angus! What do you consider your average "herd" frame score? What do these cows weigh at weaning?

Doc,

Thanks for the great words!!!

We try to keep our frames around a 6. We have some bigger, some smaller, and some at 6. We have found that this is the size our customers want, and they raise the kind and size of calf that the order buyers and feeders want as well.

We haven't weighed our cows so I can't really answer that question.

Faster Horses,

What rain and sunshine will do to make great grass!

It is fun to go out and look at them and see that they are all in such good condition.
