So 17 agencies say it's Russia

Hillary Clinton in last night’s presidential debate tried to avoid talking about the substance of the damaging WikiLeaks disclosures of DNC and Clinton campaign officials by claiming 17 U.S. intelligence agencies determined that Russia was responsible for this. After Clinton made this claim, she scolded Trump for challenging U.S. intelligence professionals who have taken an oath to help defend this country.

What Clinton said was false and misleading. First of all, only two intelligence entities – the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – have weighed in on this issue, not 17 intelligence agencies. And what they said was ambiguous about Russian involvement. An unclassified October 7, 2016 joint DNI-DHS statement on this issue said the hacks

. . . are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts. These thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the US election process. Such activity is not new to Moscow — the Russians have used similar tactics and techniques across Europa and Eurasia, for example, to influence public opinion there. We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia’s senior-most officials could have authorized these activities.

Saying we think the hacks “are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts” is far short of saying we have evidence that Russia has been responsible for the hacks. Maybe high-level officials would have authorized them if Russian hackers were responsible, but the DNI and DHS statement did NOT say there was evidence Russia was responsible.

My problem with the DNI/DHS unclassified statement is that it appeared to be another effort by the Obama administration to politicize U.S. intelligence. Make no mistake, U.S. intelligence agencies issued this unprecedented unclassified statement a month before a presidential election that was so useful to one party because the Clinton campaign asked for it. The Obama administration was happy to comply.

Clinton tried to defend the DNI/DHS statement by repeating the myth that U.S. intelligence officers are completely insulated from politics. She must think Americans will forget how the CIA crafted the politicized Benghazi talking points in 2011 and how SOUTHCOM intelligence analysts were pressured to distort their analysis of ISIS and Syria to support Obama foreign policy. And that’s just under the Obama administration. Politicization of intelligence goes back decades, including such blatant efforts by CIA officers to interfere in the 2004 presidential election that the Wall Street Journal referred to it as “The CIA Insurgency” in an August 2004 editorial. I discussed the problem of the politicization of U.S. intelligence and the enormous challenge a Trump administration will have in combating it in an August 18, 2016 National Review article.

Maybe the Russians are behind the WikiLeak hacks of Democrat e-mails, possibly to influence the 2016 presidential election. I’m not convinced of this. I’m more concerned that these constant leaks of Democratic e-mails demonstrate that Democratic officials appear to have no understanding of the need for Internet security. This makes me wonder if John Podesta’s e-mail password is “password.” These are the people Clinton will be giving senior jobs with high-level security clearances. That is the real security scandal that no one is talking about.

We have 2 repeat 2 US politically compromised agencies saying it is the method Russia has used in the past not that they "DID IT" only that it was the METHOD they have used, anyone care to name the other 15 non political US intelligence agencies, that Hillary says, that say IT WAS RUSSIA? :?
Instead of owning up to her massive corruption and endless schemes to take foreign donations, her and her campaign have repeatedly blamed Russia for the hacks, and claimed Russia is trying to ruin our elections. This despite having no evidence whatsoever that Russia is behind the hacks.

During the historic third and final presidential debate of the 2016 election, Hillary claimed that the Russian government hacked “American websites, American accounts of private people, of institutions … in an effort, as 17 of our intelligence agencies have confirmed, to influence our election.”

Hillary is desperately trying to gin up a boogeyman in order to distract voters from the actual content of the emails by blaming Russia. But she lied.

As ZeroHedge reports:

Instead of 17 agencies, only the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have offered the public any input on this matter, claiming the DNC attacks “are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts.”
Without offering any evidence, these two — not 17 — agencies hinted that the Kremlin could be behind the cyber attack.
But wait – there’s more. Now, a whistleblower from the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealing the true identity of who is behind the hacks – and it’s not the Russians.

During an interview on Aaron Klein’s Sunday radio program, former high-ranking NSA intelligence official-turned-whistleblower, William Binney, discussed the alleged Russian involvement in our elections, suggesting the cyber attack against the DNC may not have originated from the Russian government. Instead, Binney says, a “disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker” is likely behind the breach.
Speaking as an analyst, Binney added that a testimony by the former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Robert S. Mueller from March 2011 shows the FBI has access to a series of databases that helps them “to track down known and suspected terrorists.”

According to Binney, what Mueller meant is that the FBI has access to the NSA database and that it’s accessed without any oversight, meaning the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), as well as the FBI, have open access to anything the NSA has access to. “So if the FBI really wanted [Clinton’s and the DNC emails] they can go into that database and get them right now,” Binney told Klein.

Asked if he believed the NSA had copies of all Clinton’s emails, “including the deleted correspondence,” Binney said:

“Yes. That would be my point. They have them all and the FBI can get them right there.”
This should be obvious to anyone who pays attention to how the government has operated under Barack Obama and radical left-wingers in the past. We already learned that the NSA has access to all of our emails and phone communications. They could easily reveal exactly who hacked Hillary Clinton. But instead of telling the American people the truth, Hillary’s cronies go along with lies about “Russia” in order to paint Trump in a bad light and distract from the real truth.

So who is telling the true a woman and her machine that are proven LIARS or an NSA Whistleblower that the MSM is not covering as it might bring to light why Trump doesn't believe it was Russia. The Trump is Putin's puppet narrative doesn't have the same bite if Russia had nothing to do with the hacked emails that are clearly showing the corruption within the Clinton machine. The Media following her lies and printing them like gospel and doing anything to discredit Trump is going to come back to bite them as it has in the past. You would think the media cared a little more about their credibility and would start doing their jobs and informing the public to what is REALLY GOING ON and who is really REPEATEDLY LYING to cover their butts.
