I am helping do the crafts for our 10-12yr old boys at our bibleschool and need some ideas? They have done several different things over the years and we would like something new and refreshing to keep their attention for the week. Any ideas are appreciated.

i can share a poem or speak but crafts is not my special talent at Bible school.
altho i don't take many, i do enjoy the photos and pics on Ranchers.sooo,
woundn't it be fun to have each child have a camera.then ask them to take pics of the Blessings of God.it might be their favorite pet, tree, lake, toy,a simple flower or animal,,person,,the list goes on.

you could use a verse from Genesis and Gods Creation as a topic or theme.

cheap cameras can be used, then take the pics and post them to some poster board..memories could be made.

i hope i'm not out of line here.

have a good time.

We have always tried to do something new and challenging each year for our classes, one of the last before we left the USA was to have the children each make a glove puppet, then guided them while they composed a christian play, which they then acted out for the church before taking the treasured puppets home.
Make plaques with coloured alphabet pasta and playdough, a favourite bible verse, poem or saying. Bible bookmarks with white card coloured letters for the verse, some form of decoration, and laminate the finished bookmark.
