The influenza is going around here in TX and I think that canadian hussie that insists on learnin me french is coming down with it.
She knows that I do a lil cow doctoring ( pun not intended) so she called and said she was feelin pekid, aches headache maybe a lil fever,so I stop what Im doing get my medical supplies/tools rounded up and head her way, sure nuff she has a lil fever bout "99" so I told her take a couple aspirins drink plenty liquids and stay in bed, maybe chicken soup when she is hungry.
Well I get home and she called me on the phone and started cussin me out, seems like that ole dumb canucklehead brother of hers started askin her questions and tellin her there was a reason for the string that I had tied to the thermometer................good luck

Well I thought I would be sorry I ask. Haymaker that must be one small thermometer or one big woman.
Alabama,if you have ever taken a bovines temp, you know very well you better have a string tied to your thermometer,or plan on looking for it.
The lady that I took her temperature, wrongly assumed that I had been using it on cows,.............well to be honest about it I did use it on a cow or two but it had been a while, and I always wash it off good, like I told her, next time you are feelin poorly call that ole canucklehead brother of yours..................good luck

OHHHHHHHHH LILLY. TOOOO FUNNNNNYYYYYYYYY!!!

We had a friend that took a cows temp and lost the thermometer
inside the cow (for those of you who don't know).
Their neighbor was in town at the fabric store so the ranchers wife called to ask her to
stop at the vets and pick up another one. The wife said to the neighbor, "Hey, while you're there, be sure they put a string on it,
so if he loses this one he won't have to go fishing for it."

BTW Haymaker, I laughed at your story.
You are a good story teller, hope you don't make us wait
long for another. I always look foreward to them.

Got any more about illegals coming across the border?
