...and sometimes you're the ball that gets whacked out of the park, bouncing off a T600 only to end up under the metal cleats of a D8 Cat.

<chuckle> The day started out pretty good, with me waking up to this little heifer:

So I decided it would be a good day to haul some of the bales that didn't make it in before the snow flew last year. First load went great, the next load I noticed this as I was unhooking from the trailer in the field:

When I switched the loader from my 1130 to my 1135, I forgot to switch my re-inforced Dayton wheels over as well. <chuckle> I remembered to swap them today and then headed out for the second load.

After I got it loaded and was headed down the road, I noticed this on the converter:

I guess its only fair. The converter was from a 57 Ford 1-ton, and I suspect that tire came with it from factory.

I dropped a gear to crawl the load home, but as I was turning the corner off the highway I noticed an issue with the back axle. So I grabbed the truck and headed back to the hay field. I found this:

I'm pretty sure the last time I looked it was on here:

Anyway, through it all, my little helper kept a crap eatin' grin plastered all over his face:

Its a good thing he's cute, cause he's about as bright as his father.
