Are you tired of winning? Maybe that’s something we should be asking those across the aisle.

The new $1 trillion spending bill, set to be voted on and finalized later this week, is a huge win for Democrats. Among other things, the proposed legislation does not touch funding for Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider. Each year, this “healthcare” giant takes approximately 323,999 unborn lives and receives more than $500 million in taxpayer funds.

As expected, pro-lifers are none too happy that the bipartisan agreement, supposedly a “win” for Democrats and Republicans, doesn’t address PP funding.

Along with not touching Planned Parenthood funding, the proposed spending bill also keeps its hands off funding for sanctuary cities. It’s a great day to be an illegal alien in “need” of an abortion. However, if you’re someone hoping for change in Republican-controlled Washington, don’t hold your breath.

I wish they had some back-bone but it seems only the negative gets reported..

They had a huge early victory over Planned abortion.
Senate passes bill to let states strip funding from Planned Parenthood
With Vice President Mike Pence casting the tie-breaking vote, the Senate approved a bill Thursday to let states strip federal family planning funds from Planned Parenthood, marking the first successful strike against the country’s largest abortion network.

seems the PP news is a bit muddled like all spending legislation.
Ryan continued:

We always knew that it takes 60 votes to pass an appropriations bill through the Senate. This bill does not have funding for Planned Parenthood. That’s important. The reconciliation bill advances the pro-life cause even further. So, no Planned Parenthood funding in here. And, by the way, [HHS Secretary] Tom Price is now the person who approves grants that go out to the states. So, we feel very comfortable we are working hand in glove with the administration to advance our pro-life priorities.

So, number one – they’re advanced here. We keep all our Hyde Amendment riders. And then our reconciliation bill – that’s the bill that you don’t need 60 votes on – that’s the bill that you don’t need to have Democrats with, and that’s the bill that where we’re advancing our cause even further, and that’s why these two efforts in conjunction with one another advance our cause and our principles quite a bit. “The bill reaffirms the Hyde amendment and prohibits federal funding of abortions,” Ryan’s office asserts. “It also specifically limits the District of Columbia from using federal funds for abortion in the district.”

I am sure Ryan is smart enough to know any money Planned abortion gets funds their operations. so unless he and the conservatives shift the health care portion to some other method, PP will get funded..

BTW, Why can't mammograms, cancer screenings, STD's and other services just be funded through the existing medicaid bill processing?
I am sure hospitals, and clinics can figure out how to charge and bill for the services, just let medicaid pay the eligible submitted claims.

Also;,... if "everyone" already has health care under the ACA/Obamacare who wants it, why do we need these healthcare services anyways?
