A BLIZZARD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW FOR THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES.

PRECIPITATION MAY BEGIN AS LIGHT RAIN ON THURSDAY EVENING BEFORE CHANGING TO SNOW OVERNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT. AS THE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE SNOWFALL WILL GET HEAVIER... Do you get snow often? At least we don't have to deal with hurricanes here, I submit you shouldn't have to deal with snow there. Batten down the hatches. :?

We usta get lots of snow when we lived in Lubbock. Every winter there was snow. Usually 8 or 10 inches once each winter, then lots of smaller snows durin the winter.

The only part about snow that I miss is gettin to make snow ice cream.
