I think the statistic is off. I still don't understand why there is not outrage that numerous pregnant and potentially pregnant women are radiated every day. This is by far my biggest concern.

I have not seen any information on regulations concerning this type of screening. Who is measuring exposure? These machines are constantly emitting radiation.

If every individual in a medical facility that has imaging capabilities that uses radiation has to have a badges by regulation to measure exposure, no matter how little they are exposed, why is this not required at every airport?

Frequent flyers are likely radiated more than many health care workers.

So which is it, is radiation that safe? or is our health being jeopardized in the airports?

If it is that safe, then why are there a million regulations on radiation for all these clinics, employees, practitioners and patients?

There is no logic in our system.
