I just finished checking the cows a little while ago. There was 3 drinking from the frost free waterers and 3 licking snow. The farthest cow was 150 feet from the waterer and licking snow. I guess I will let the cows decide it they want well water or snow when available. :D

I truly think there is a difference between the snow in Canada and Maine than in Montana and Wyoming.

As for us, we have artesian water, which is warm...and they drink
it instead of licking snow. But to each cow her own... :p :wink: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
