The very first thing to do is seal up the damn border...TIGHT. What part of that doesn't anybody understand?

Hitler was unable to seal his borders... Downed flyers were smuggled out and OSI Agents and allied guerilla troops were smuggled in...Even Hitler smuggled agents into the US...

I think its virtually impossible to completely shut down the border... It would almost break us trying to...

If it would only "almost" break us if we tried to, that's still better than not trying to, which will break us.

OT gets handed his ass yet again.

I guess just like I always do- I look at things thru the eye of what is practical and feasible-- not what could or would be if we had a perfect world.... I long ago realized that place doesn't exist...

Only liberals dream of utopia, the rest of us just want the law to be followed and the government to not act tyranical. You know, real right wing stuff.

Why are the "poor" Mexicans able to secure a practical and feasible border?

One American gets lost, with all his belongings, and they lock him up for months.

How did they notice him, amongst all the illegals the US was turning back?

Probably by racial profiling.

What about Iran and North Korea that have been sanctioned for years? Or practically every other region in the world that calls themselves a sovereign "country" and hasn't been disturbed by Osama's world peace.

OT likes that cartoon about religion and arguing over peace. I don't recall the Jews having to constantly send out PR people to defend their radical Jewish members or them ever claiming to be the most peaceful.

And he thinks defending a nation's people from blood shed is being inhumane.

But can't you just picture the same cartoon with the following captions:

"As near as I can tell, they elected a Peace Prize winner as leader of the free world."

Seems more fitting.

Hold me to this...Barry wants to cause as much disorder in the World as possible, before he heads to the UN. Once there, he will claim credit for solving the World's problems, even though, those solutions, will most likely be the result of some Conservative thinking/policies.

The UN is a progressive organization, that holds Barry up, on a pedestal. World Socialism is the goal of both. Control of the individual, is the goal of both.

Collectivism, is the poison, and National Socialism(Nazism) was "rightwingernut"

That is why I would like to hear what others come up with...

How about using the Tea Party idea as the starting point and letting the leftwingernuts compromise? It's fairly obvious that their way hasn't been working, for the past 50 years.

So what is this Tea Party idea for handling the 20+ million already here?...

I already pointed that out..

secure the border,.. stop catch and release,

and deport those who commit crimes..

that coupled with going after employers would at least stem the tide..

I have talked with my local congressman..

I brought up hiring a 1000 judges and legal teams to stop catch and release..

his response was we do not need that many..

apparently they have already done a study and know how many would have to be hired..

and it has been in many of the bills that sit on Reid's desk..
