Wrong as usual, Jiggsy.

When you're on top, there's only one way to go.
Bama found that out tonight. Saban looked like he just figured out what happens in prison when the lights go out.

I love it when Saban busts a gasket on the sidelines like he did tonight. I'd love to be an official and tell him to leave the field when he does that.

I didn't get here in time, but after watching several other bowl games, I predicted the game would be within 7 points. Dad said Alabama was favored by 21, I replied, they would be lucky to score 21. I figured it would be close and Alabama over rated. I wouldn't have predicted an OU win, I just thought their defense was tougher than they have been given credit for and Ala offense worse than touted. I wouldn't have come close to an over under.

The first thing I heard this morning on espn was Alabama didn't have anything to play for since they lost to auburn so that was one excuse. Is it possible that they aren't they greatest team on the earth every year? And saban didn't invent the game and is the only one in college that is a good coach?

And remember, Bama is still under NCAA investigation for multiple players receiving cash last year.

Could be near the end of their short lived so-called "Dynasty"?

What goes up, must come down..................

The NCAA Committee on Infractions released a statement last year calling the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa the following:

A "serial repeat violator," with an "abysmal infractions track record" and an "extensive recent history of infractions cases unmatched by any other member institution in the NCAA.

Yeah jigs, it was his dad that was paid when he played for Auburn. To bad they didn't offer Winston something.

The money shopping was at Miss. State not Auburn. There is/was no evidence of any many money changing hands at Auburn or anywhere else for that matter.. Even the FBI was involved in the investigation and nothing turned up.

To say that Cam or his Father received money from Auburn is a lie.

The FBI? REALLY?
It took over a decade for all the US Intelligence agencies to catch and kill bin Laden. 50 years have passed and they still don't know who actually killed Kennedy. Jimmy Hoffa is still missing after all these years.

Not a ringing endorsement.

I'm just playin' with ya. ;)

It is obvious that after entertaining a few hundred thousand dollar offer, he just went to auburn for fun. Is it common practice for the FBI to investigate colleges? Just wondering?

There is a difference between something not occurring and not finding enough evidence to prosecute.

What was it that had Newton in trouble with the law at Florida? Singing Christmas carols too loud, studying too long, helping old ladies cross a busy street on a blinking light?

The agent that claimed he worked for Newton's father was a shyster from Chicago that made the contact with Miss State about pay-for-play.

Attempted money laundering by that agent, a Federal crime, was the reason for FBI involvement in the Miss State investigation.

There was never a credible hint of wrongdoing by Auburn. Nothing but rumors and innuendo. None.

During that time, Alabama was still on NCAA Probation and had been for years.
