Had a package of very lean lamb burger, browned it up. Then in the blender used a small onion, some garlic a couple of those small sweet red-yellow peppers seeded, drained a ½ PT jar of Sue’s can Serrano chili’s blended that up and mixed in with the meat, added some rosemary and a few red pepper flakes, a 4oz can of tomato sauce and 2 cans of chicken broth got it boiling then put in a couple handfuls of rigatoni pasta and let it simmer down till the pasta was cooked and thicken all up….….then stirred in 2 big heaping table spoons of Bruschetta Kalamata.

My lunch today was well below Jody's standards, although it was a notch above Denny's corndogs.

All the credit goes to my antelope hunters. I enjoyed fresh Take and bake Papa Murphy's pizza, and washed it down with a Busch Light

Summer sausage & cheese sandwich, 3 carrots, a banana, and a Sweet & Salty granola bar. Washed it down with thermos coffee.

Enjoyed in the tractor cab while yarding bales.
