This white critter stuck out like a sore thumb in my neighbor's herd. I have no idea where the goat came from, and I doubt if my neighbor knows anything about it either.

This gentleman will soon turn 88 years old. Up until four years ago he still got horseback and roped calves. For several years, I hauled my old Tom Cat horse along for him to use at several brandings each spring. They made a hard-working team and brought a lot of calves to the branding fires.
Franklin Jackson has always worn a big black open-topped hat as his trademark. He is now 90 years old.
