Sunset on a storm

Watched the sun go down tonight with a large storm to the north of us. Sometimes I forget to watch the beauty of nature.

Per, The heat has helped the grass in the last couple of days - we finally seem to be getting some benefit of the rain we had although subsoil moisture is still a concern. Hay crops are just being cut now in this area and they are woeful - maybe 40% of normal? We don't produce any mechanically harvested feed but are enjoying grazing some lush grass in low lying bush pastures and areas with good fertility/organic matter. Quack grass waist high in places!- will try to get some pictures.

Keep the storms north about a week- and we'll have the hay here all up...
