I like sushi,I had it when we went to a dinner theatre in Edmonton,I didn't know what it was because it was on a buffet. Good thing because I would not have tried it otherwise.But its very tasty!{but not as good as prime rib}

I only eat sushi at a few restaurants I trust. I believe that sushi is flash frozen and brought into restaurants and cut and served IMMEDIATELY.

I love it and eat it whenever I can afford it but I would be cautious as to where you eat it.

You can buy nice fresh tuna, put it in the freezer for a short while and cut it with a sushi knife, cut sushi rice, roll in little bamboo roller thingees and voila homemade sushi.

Seared tuna is quite the delicacy.

I'd have to be abandoned on an island and starving before I could get myself to eat raw fish

Only time I ever ate raw fish was at a barbecue in the Sonoran Desert in Mexico and then it was only because I couldn't understand what the Spanish word for the raw fish salsa meant!!

I loved it and ate several of those big tortilla chips covered with it before I discovered what was in the salsa.

I got the recipe, found the ingredients in the local grocery store and served it to our guests at our New Years Eve party.

They loved it too, but none of us would have touched it if we had known before hand what it was…

No, ain't never tried it and don't plan on tryin it, there's just wayyyyy tooo many things out there to eat that's good to resort to eatin raw fish.

I do however love fried catfish. If they are tank raised. Not the river kind...them are nasty and smell real fishy.

My hubby teases me cause I'm addicted to Sushi. It really is good if you know what to get.

My favorite is Shrimp Tempura with Avacodo and Jalapeno. The shrimp is cooked, so it's not threatening at all. I add a little Sirachai sauce on it....yummm!!

Red Tuna is good as well, it'll mealt in your mouth. Wow.

Just be careful where you get it.

Faster horses,
We fillet it, so there's no bones. (I hate havin to look for fish bones) Salt and pepper it, then dump it in a brown paper sack with corn meal in there..shake it around , then drop it into hot oil and fry till it's brown.

Sometimes, but not often, we'll us a beer batter, but I like the cornmeal better.

I like to have some Louisiana Red Hot mixed in some catsup to dip it in, or some tartar sauce. And sometimes squirt lemon on it. But not usually, the lemon will make fish that is fishy smellin, taste a lil better, but I'd rather just not waste time eatin that kind, when ya can have fresh catfish from a stock tank.

Thanks, Lilly. That's how we cook trout too. I had been baking the catfish and it was good, but now I'm gonna try your way.

Schwans has it all filleted; they better for what it cost!!
