I thought you were going to ignore some posters??? I guess being liberal you don't actually have to keep your word. I think you are just trying to be rude. That's unusual for ladies from the south.
Jesus calls the God , "Abba Father" It's hard to call someone this term of endearment which is best translated daddy if God is a female.
Actually Kolan, your god is a female and helps you put your make up on every morning, cooks your lunch, and even signs your checks.

God is greater than gender. If you need the gender, use it.

My plan? I have no plan. I am no better than the worst and the greatest is no better than me. The plan is already laid out. It is pretty simple.

When Jesus spoke to the gentile at the well, did he speak to everyone or everyone through her?

When he called Mary Magdaleen on the sins she had committed, did he condemn her or save her?

When Jesus spoke to the leper, was it with judgement?

....for I have not come to judge the world, but to save the world.

We all have opinions. In the eyes of an all knowing God, our opinions are but a very small insignificant viewpoint. They only carry relevance between ourselves and God. Even at that, they are still the insignificant part.
Either you evaded the question or I am too stupid to understand. How are you going to get to heaven if you have sinned?

Grace.
Is grace applied equally to all or is it conditional?

Grace is applied by the one who can read souls. That doesn't happen to be a mortal. It certainly isn't me.

I have no idea whether anyone else is true to their private discussions with God and neither do you. Man can not read the heart of man, we can only read the actions. Sometimes there are moments of insight to help us make up our minds, but we are still coming from a very myopic view.

I am not going to pretend to tell anyone whether or not they are going to heaven or somewhere else (can't type it).

If you believe you have the answers, you are putting yourself in the place of the only judge. I don't happen to be that conceited.

Can I butt in for a second. I find this quite interesting.... Red Robin, you say grace is conditonal.... Do you not believe that you confess your sins and repent for them that Christ will not forgive you?? If Hitler repented, Do you not think Christ would forgive him??
Why...

Any one is allowed to butt in. The historical church has tried many, many times to get confessions out of men for things they did or did not do. A true reading of a confession can only be done by God.

I had a kid last week who was mad at mom. The question was (I am trying to keep this gender nuetral but it is pretty hard to write things that way) whether or not the kid was really sorry in the appology to mom or whether or not the kid just wanted to get what the kid wanted. One is honest, the other is dishonest but done in one's self interest.

With God, there is only honesty. If you are being dishonest, you are not being dishonest with God, you are being dishonest with yourself.

Unless of course the Only Judge has given us the answers.

Jesus says " I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me" Was Jesus lying Econ?

Acts 16 says "believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved"
There are several other verses.

The Bible is clear, the way to get Grace bestowed us for our sins is to accept the sacrifice of Jesus , on the cross. I accept that as the payment for my sin. Nothing I can do good is good enough. Yes, if hitler had accepted Christs death as the payment for his sins, he'd be in heaven. Christs work on the cross can cover any sin.

You can refuse to believe what God has written in his Bible if you choose, however, what he has written to us in his Word is clear.

I assume your question is rhetorical. Jesus never addressed Dis's position. If you are asking what I base Dis not being a Christian..I never said she wasn't . 12 folks voted to say she's not but I would assume they are just going on what they know about her which is almost nothing personally. It's a website with psudonames. No psudoname is or isn't Christian. She hasn't done anything to assure me she isn't a Christian. She has ( and so have I ) done things that weren't very Christ like. Her positions are more opposed to Christs teachings than most so I would guess that is what they are basing their votes on. You might ask someone that voted that way however.

 Now that you mention it Cal, I do remember that. I had forgotten all about it. I haven't even participated in this poll yet, because I'm one of those who thinks it isn't my determination to make whether or not dis is a Christian. But if she's a Hindu, she certainly can't be a Christian, can she? I guess I can vote now. :D

I'm still a little confused, though. :? I can easily see her worshipping a cow. But it sure ain't no eared cow... :???:
