From what my accountant has told me all it is really is an advance on your next year's return. If you normally get a return it will be less.If you normally pay in you just get to pay it back. It's a joke and the government is laughing.

The ' catch' to all this is that the IRS is really gonna go over some returns with a super duper fine tooth comb.

So if you or your accountant made a slight mistake....your chances of getting caught are up like 75% above normal.

And, you can even file for the tax refund $$$ even if you didn't file/pay any taxes.

Now, that IS NOT right .

I like to share my wealth, so with this great windfall of cash that the Govt. is GIVING me, ( where do they get their money??) I thought I would share it one dollar at a time with these poor girls at the club. they can not even afford shirts...just spend all night dancing around a pole, lookin for the shirt I guess...... so every time they meander by me, I give them a dollar in hopes they can find a shirt.

it is the curse I live with...be such a caring, giving guy......

that is where I first met Kola......only she was looking for a shirt AND some pants!

Hey Tibbs, tell this country girl more about an "On demand" hot water heater, pleze...

Well I am a bit new to them myself, but they are suupose to be WAY more economical than a regular electric or gas hot water heater because they way they work is that the water is heated as it goes through them when your using it and it doesn't sit there and constantly keep 30 gallons of water hot 24/7. So therefore cuts back on your electric/gas bill. But the kicker is they cost about $600 - hence my use with the money George W is sending me!!!

   oldtimer.........too bad it's so true. Gas is up to $3.699 here for the "cheap" stuff.......diesel is $4.199 last time I noticed. :x

Those inline water heaters are great. We had one at Black Canyon, and other than the pilot burning all the time (it was propane, since there wasn't any electricity out there), unless you were using hot water, it didn't use much propane. And the really good part of them is that you get hot (don't scald yourself! ) water almost instantly.

Not sure what I'll do with mine........maybe put a down payment on a small economical vehicle to drive back and forth to my new job. Or not. Have to wait and see. I may not even see my part of it, since it'll go to H's house.
