The Republican Party maintains its net-negative favorable/unfavorable rating in the poll, with 28 percent viewing it positively and 43 percent seeing it in a negative light.

For the first time in more than two years, the Democratic Party also now holds a net-negative fav/unfav, at 35-45 percent.

By comparison, the NBC/WSJ poll shows the Tea Party movement with a net-positive 41-23 percent score.

The sad part is the pubs and tea party will take enough from each other making it easier for the dems.

You might be surprised just how many unhappy and angry democrats are tea party affiliates!

Well it also could be just a bunch of unhappy Americans, no longer wanting to be associated with either party. :(

Right now the wheel is broken and in need of being replaced. Who is in control up there?

I'd have to vote for the lessor of two evils every single time.

That, in my opinion, is exactly what most people did in the last presidential election. It seems neither party now has the courage or will to stand up to the corporate elitists/lobbyists.

Lesser of 2 Evils? He was supposed to represent change. All the while he was taking $millions in campaign donations from the big banks and Unions.

$28M from SEIU alone. Then he appointed many Goldman Sachs employees for administration jobs etc.

Who would have known? There were no clues at all.

Only reason it might have been the lesser of 2 evils for those that voted for him, might be they are listening and watching the wrong media.

Ben Bernanke, TIME's "Person of the Year"? I thought he was one of the reasons for the collapse, when he was working for Bush.

Now that he is working for obama, he is Person of the Year.

yep, the Dems voted for the lesser of 2 evils.
