There are several people talking about moving to Montana and that idea is very tempting. However...what you folks really need to do is stay where you are and work (hard) to "clone" Montana, Wyoming, Wisconsin, etc. in your current states.

It appears that too many Montana politicians care less for the rights of citizens, than are concern about the overbearing Big Government impositions which take place outside of the constraints of the US Constitution. Those politicians should be voted out of office. Montana sounds like a place I'd like to move to.

Less government, more freedom, sounds like something worth working for, Go Montana.

The Tea Party's here and we are here to stay, so get used to it.
The times they are a changing!

What is there to be worried about or even to debate? The 10th amendment says:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The Federal government is in love with attempting to get around this amendment by using the "commerce" clause. Are you aware that Montana has already short circuited that move as it relates to gun control by saying in their state law that citizens of the state of Montana shall have the right to keep and bear arms manufactured with the borders of their state. Worded correctly, almost any state can make sure that their laws keep Washington's long noses out of their business. Good for Montana.........there are few places in this country where people can be sure that the "State" will protect their rights under the Constitution. This is a breath of fresh air in a miasma of legalese used by Washington to control US citizens.
