Yup, the kids brought my grandson out to play today. His dad has a real cool sailboat that uses batteries to trim the sails and even has a propeller, for when you get in a bind. We had lots of fun. Topped it off with a steak cook out on the coals and baked potates!

I even found time to work them 7 head of yearlings. :)

We took the kids into the city today to visit with one of the grand fathers before he heads south for the winter.. Wasn't a bad time except answer the same questions the boss asks me everytime he talks to me only for him to forget them 15 minutes later... Oh well, he cares enough to ask just not enough to remeber or maybe I'm just boring  Only problem is that it ia 2 hour drive so by the time we get home the kids are all rested up and don't want to go to sleep... I think this is why my hiar is falling out faster than before and my wife's hairs are turning grey... Shhh... It's a secret

We just talked with two of the grandkiddies in VA on the phone- hearing the sweet little voice of the three year old is a real treat. But then the second grader started talking about how a car engine works (his daddy has been teaching him) and he talked about what happens in each cycle of a 4 cycle engine, with each of the valves and where the air moves and the exhaust system   Sounded like I a car mechanic telling what was wrong with our vehicle!
LOL! I hope he doesn't grow up too fast, that one.
