I had thought about voting for the libertarian running for Governor of New Jersey ,.. but once I read his bio I realized he was just a liberal,.. and pretty far off to the left at that..

People need to think long and hard before voting for a person... as the result can easily throw an election to someone you would have NEVER voted for..

Revealed: Obama Campaign Bundler Helping Fund Libertarian in Tight Va. Gubernatorial Race

A major Democratic Party benefactor and Obama campaign bundler helped pay for professional petition circulators responsible for getting Virginia Libertarian gubernatorial candidate Robert C. Sarvis on the ballot — a move that could split conservative votes in a tight race.

Campaign finance records show the Libertarian Booster PAC has made the largest independent contribution to Sarvis’ campaign, helping to pay for professional petition circulators who collected signatures necessary to get Sarvis’ name on Tuesday’s statewide ballot.

Austin, Texas, software billionaire Joe Liemandt is the Libertarian Booster PAC’s major benefactor. He’s also a top bundler for President Barack Obama. This revelation comes as Virginia voters head to the polls Tuesday in an election where some observers say the third-party gubernatorial candidate could be a spoiler for Republican Ken Cuccinelli.

It appears that Sarvis’ single biggest contributor is a Democrat from Texas with deep pockets who gave over $90K to the Democrats and Obama during the last campaign cycle. What connection does a wealthy Texas businessman have with a neophyte pseudo Libertarian wannabe? Terry McCauliffe is the link that joins these two together.

Robert Sarvis is not in the Austrian Economic camp, and supports progressive programs like Obamacare as well as raising taxes. You cannot be a Libertarian without believing in small government, a free market and the right to go to hell in your own way.

In short, Robert Sarvis, when the curtain is pulled away is just another dyed in the wool progressive. Ron Paul has says you have to be nuts to vote for Sarvis. Beyond that Sarvis is a tool for the Democrats

The fear-mongers and panty-wetters are trying to paint the VA election as some huge rebuke for the Tea Party. It's amusing how scared they really are.

The Tea Party guy lost by 2 percentage points, with the "libertarian" candidate getting something like 7% of the vote. The donk, after leading by 14% in some polls late in the campaign, sneaks into office with less than half of the voters supporting him. That support will only go down, as it usually does once voters see that most of his campaign promises were lies and bullshyte.
