As of now, we've gotten 4" of that wonderful wet stuff, and it's still gonna keep on coming through the nite. We get so excited to see water stand on these meadows....these ole sandhills will sure soak it up good. Things will really green up now when the sun decides to shine....
So thanks again Lilly for sending up the excess water you don't need...I'll put in another order for some more later next month...lol

Wow Jassy, nice rain! Now you could share a little of that with us high and dry folks north of you a couple hundred miles. We'll take anything as we haven't had anything out of this storm yet. Looks like Lazy Ace isn't doing so good north of us either. So any extra just send it on up our way, we got some dry dams that could sure handle it. Glad you're getting some good moisture.

LOL @ you thankin me. N here I thought the extra rain was bein sent to Alabama. I think lots of areas got rain in the last few days that needed it, least that's what it looked like on the weather when I watched it. Really glad ya'll got the rain. Bet it'll soak up into that sand perdy fast, Then you'll have lots of green grass.

We've had two days without rain (friday and saturday) so far. Had a great turn out at the "He Paid Your Fee's" 242 runners. The wind really whipped yesterday, which we don't get that often, and it was 90 degrees. Glad I found a shade tree to sit under. :D
