TAPPER: But what do you say to people who argue you are demonizing an organization for a charge that nobody knows if it's true or not?

AXELROD: Well I’m not demonizing the Chamber of Commerce. I’m simply suggesting to them that they disclose the source of the $75 million that they are spending in campaigns and put to rest, put to rest the questions that have been, that have been raised.

TAPPER: Isn't that like the whackjobs that tell the president he needs to show them his full long-form birth certificate so he can put to rest the questions that have been raised?

AXELROD: The president’s birth certificate has been available to people.

TAPPER: The long form?

AXELROD: Someone once in the course of this debate about whether we should have a law to force these organizations to disclose where they’re money is coming from in the campaigns, someone said, and I think they’re right – “the only people who want to keep things secret are folks who have something to hide.” If the Chamber doesn’t have anything to hide about these contributions, and I take them at their word that they don’t, then why not disclose? Why not let people see where their money is coming from?

In typical liberal fashion: skirt the issue or change the subject

Remind us of anyone we know?

diversion with a couple of admissions.

First Tapper admits to being one of those "whackos", by asking about the long form and then the admission by Axelrod that they have something to hide.

Priceless

Stupid piled on top of stupid. Let a liberal keep talking and it's only a matter of time before they contradict and/or implicate themselves.

Karl Rove on Disclosing Donors: Obama Is 'Hypocritical'
October 12, 2010 8:32 AM

Those were the Republican strategist's words this morning when I asked him if he would disclose the names of donors to his conservative Crossroads GPS group that supports Republican campaigns via ads.

"The president is being hypocritical about this. He had no problem at all with this when groups were spending money on his behalf in 2008 and not disclosing donors. He had no problem at all not disclosing his own donors, tens of millions of dollars of contributions to his campaign,” Karl Rove said on “GMA.”

“And now he turns around because Republicans have taken up and started doing the same things Democrats have been doing for years,” he said.

Due to the Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United companies can donate an unlimited amount of funds anonymously. Yesterday at a campaign stop in Pennsylvania Vice President Biden accused Rove of raising money from “shady sources” and even challenged to Rove to “tell me that this money isn’t coming billionaires and millionaires, insurance companies, oil companies, major executives who have about as much in common and concern with the people in north east Pennsylvania as I don’t know what.”

Rove passed on Biden’s challenge – but when I asked him about Obama’s accusation that those unknown donors could be “foreign-owned companies” he said the money is not coming from foreign companies.

“We do not solicit foreign entities and we tell people that we will not accept foreign money and it is illegal since 1907 for foreign money to be involved in American political campaigns,” he said. “We have it on our materials that no foreign money can or will be received. And let me just tell you, all the area codes I’m dialing are inside the United States.”

Watch my interview with Rove and then tell me what you think below.

Do yourself a favor go and read the comments left for George. I'm sure they were not what George was expecting. Here is an example

George, could you try to be a true journalist and be a little more unbiased when you interview? Your party ties and political views are interfering with your power to question your guests.
