the end to another farm

Last week the last animal left the farm.
This was a second generation farm and its sad to see it end.
I have enjoyed this forum over the years and hope you all the best in the future.
May you have big crops fine weather and FAIR prices.

That's tough news to hear.

Just this morning my wife and I had a discussion about whether we buy hay or finally let the girls go. One can hang on only for so long.

I hope things work out well for you. Someone else who quit a while ago told me that "there is life after farming . . ."
