Very interesting info. about secret societies and evidence of Soros, Bilderberg group, and others being the Puppet masters behind Obama!

This just came out today, not sure what part it is in but, there is a report of the meeting in Ottawa in 2006, explaining the economic meltdown that would happen in 2008. Hold on to your hats. BenH, better get to Texas!

I'll just link all 12 parts, I hope these stay on the internet for a bit, before they are wiped off.

Obviously some of this will not be believed by all. Each part is about 10 min. The website for the DVD http://www.obamadeception.net/

Part 3 is where the film talks about the Bilderberg group meeting in Ottawa in 2006, and discussing driving up the price of Oil to $150, and increasing confidence in the stock market, before crashing it in 2008.

but if you are only going to watch one part, make it part 7. It talks about the FED, and how they have done this on purpose 3 times now, on this scale.

Thanks everybody for the PM's on this. If I'm a nut, at least I won't be alone in the "Nuthouse"

There is a large, although relatively silent, group on PB, that are "awake".

Alice, I have never read Robert Ludlum! Sorry, are they fiction?

What genre of books would you place the Bible?

Theological...historical...world literature. The Bible is a wonderful book and spans many, many genres.

Hypo, drop in and visit Alice. Bet she has a complete library of "fiction" and she show no measurable intelligence on "non-fictional" subjects". Truth to her can only be found at the honky tonks of Mingus, Texas. I'm sure a smile there will get you a night of free entertainment.

Check out Robert Ludlum, nope I wouldn't read his stuff.

I have watched some movies based on his books, I guess.

No, my reading list lately has been more factual. Here's what's been on my nightstand the last couple of months.

Emotional Intelligence, Daniel Goleman
Rigged, Ben Mezrich
Audacity of Hope, Obama
Dreams of my Father, Obama
The case against Obama, David Freddoso
More Sex is Safer Sex, Steven Lansburg
Ten Lost Years 1929-1939, Barry Broadfoot
The Long Emergency, James Howard Kunstler
Conquering the Impossible, Mike Horn
Beyond Oil, Kenneth Deffeyes
Forever On the Mountain, James M. Tabor
Ada Blackjack, Jennifer Niven
Oil on the Brain, Lisa Maronelli
A short History of Progress, Ronald Wright
Financial Armageddon, Michael Panzner
The end of Oil, Paul Roberts

The Bible

What have you read lately Alice?

I forgot one Fiction, or retelling of a Biblical story.

The Red Tent, Anita Diamant

The Red Tent retells the story of Dinah, which is found in the Biblical book of Genesis, Chapter 34. This episode, usually known as the "Rape of Dinah" has been a difficult passage for bible readers for centuries because of the murderous behavior of Jacob's sons. In Genesis, Dinah does not say a single word; what happens to her is recounted and characterized as rape by her brothers. In my retelling of the story, Dinah finds her voice. The Red Tent is told entirely from her perspective and the point of view of the women around her.

Hypo,

I have just checked out of the library Escape, by Carolyn Jessup and Under the Banner of Heaven: A Story of Violent Faith, by John Krakauer.

I intend to begin reading these as soon as I get done with David Baldacci's Saving Faith.

Under the Banner of Heaven is a really good book, Red Water:A Novel by Judith Freeman is also really good if you are interested in the Mormon history

I'm glad there is something that several of us with different political persuasions can agree on.

I lost a lot of sleep over those three Krakauer books, because once I started them I couldn't bear to put them down.

I don't know if they will be remembered as great literature, but talk about page-turners!

Just finished it

I had never even heard of the Bildenberg Group, I had heard of CFR, hadn't heard of Tri-lateral either.

Just because of the frequencey that Obama uses a teleprompter I've been wondering how long it will be before we see a political cartoon with him as a puppet. This video gave me a better idea of who the puppet master is. It also makes it clear that we absolutely can not compromise on the second ammendment. We're in for some interesting times my friends. The video makes you think about the unthinkable. Comments like this will be attacked, stupid tin foil jokes will likely be made, but I no longer worry or waste my time with those fools who want to bury their head in the sand. It can be frustrating when you have awaken to what his happening and you see so many people who are oblivious.

You can attack the claims of this video all you want, but I choose to take the view of what if this is in fact true? It is much easier to believe it's not. What does Alex Jones have to gain vs. what do the people he speaks of have to gain?

The Mormons I've known I've thought the world of. Fundamental Mormons, like the FLDS...are frightening...just as Fundamental Methodist, and Fundamental Baptists...and, well, I'll stop with that.

You know that Jim Jones was a Disciples of Christ (First Christian Church), and Herf Applewhite was Presbyterian, and David Koresh was Assembly of God. All of those religions are wonderful and teach love, goodness, forgiveness and mercy. It's when they get perverted to follow insanity to excuse the perversion of people like Jim Jones, Herf Applewhite and David Koresh, AND WARREN JEFFS that they become dangerous and EVIL!!!!!
