The U.S won't alow any Mexican breeding stock into the US. But US producers want to sell boxed beef and live breeding cattle to Mexico. I'm a Mexican rancher that produces top quality cattle. But, I can only export my steers and spayed feeder heifers to the US. What's the matter? US catttlemen are afraid they can't compete with us unsubsized Mexican ranchers. We here in Mexico have a completed Individual Animal ID system in place. How about it US ranchers we've been buying your boxed beef by the millions of tons for years and your breeding stock until recently. When you going to let us export our breeding stock too! It's Ok if you don't because many other countries want our business. Japan and korea has been more than happy to buy our boxed beef after they quit buying US beef. We have been build the packing plants to acomidate the rest of the world markets. As a rancher I would like to sell my breeding stock to the US.
