The demographic implications of Tuesday's results are becoming increasingly obvious: Republicans simply cannot win elections without dramatically improving their standing and image among non-whites. If they don’t, they’ll quite literally lose the future.
If white women had stayed in Romney's camp, those swing states -- Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire -- might have moved into his column. Instead, Obama led among women by 12 points, nearly identical to his lead among women four years ago.
And women....Republican and Independent women again jumped ship because the Republican Party scares the Hell out of them....
They don't want old grey haired men sitting in Washington D.C.- making decisions on their lives that they believe should be left to them to make....Republicans have to stop being morals preachers and policemen- or they are doomed...I saw two ladies of Bush's former administration commenting on TV the other night- and they said those old grey haired ********* types and their stupid rape comments (Akin, Mourdock, etal) sent many of their female Republican friends to the Libertarian Party this year...
The other thing is-- the projected demographics of this country is that the white population will continue to decline- with minorities continuing to rise- with Latinos being the fastest growing sector of the country....
Repubs need to recognize evolution---Either evolve or die !
