Woman won’t be charged with testicle attack

A woman who nearly ripped off her husbands testicles in a domestic dispute will not face charges.
In a report to the Tribal Executive Board Law and Justice Committee, Chief Criminal Investigator Kenny Trottier told the council about the incident and it was declared a “domestic dispute.” The victim didn’t want to press charges against his wife, even though the damage to his testicles and scrotum was serious.
Dispatch issued a report to the police last week that a man at the Poplar Emergency Room was castrated. But when police arrived, that wasn’t the case, Trottier said.
There was damage, painful damage, but it was nothing close to “castration,” which by definition is the total removal of the testes.
According to the report, the couple were arguing about something when the husband made his wife very angry. She responded by grabbing his testicles and jerking upward and outward as hard and fast as she could, nearly ripping them off, the report said. -
