Again, Judith, you hit the nail on the head.

Packers don't want it and forced a forward beef processing company, Creekstone, into not being able to test for bse. The USDA said it was not necessary and no one should question their version of the "truth".

It was a scam on us all.

One: isn't Japan trying to cut down, or quit testing for BSE, believing it is not useful to test all animals?

Two: quote from the 'article': "Furthermore, why not reconsider the use of animals as human food?" says quite a bit about the source and the mindset of the authors. Why do you trust an org working to end the using animals for food over USDA, Econ?

MRJ, I have the ability to agree with a lot of what a person/article has to say and still not agree with everything they say.

Too bad everything you believe has to come from the NCBA. It reduces you to an unthinking cheerleader.

What is there to trust or not trust about the article?

You are trying to group things together here so you don't have to think about the points. That kind of tactic can only make you a thoughtless drone (or worker bee).

Lets play a little game here:

Isn't the USDA trying to cut down, or quit testing for BSE, believing is not useful to test animals?

every single article I have researched to date states it is the USDA that seems to have "issues with the testing".

Judith goes off to trys and find literature to support the USDA's stand on BSE testing........

That crystal ball you gaze into, or is it your navel?, must need cleaning! It is totally wrong in telling you what and whom I'm thinking or believing.

OTH, it would be wiser to be a cheerleader for NCBA than for the doom and gloom you cheer about! You would have nothing to talk about if it were not for your scare tactics.

MRJ, you epitimize the problem with what is wrong with Kansas. You just can't add it up.

With people like you supporting the NCBA and the garbage they put out, no wonder producers are not represented with their cattleman's concerns at the NCBA.

If you think it is wiser to be an NCBA hack, that is your problem. It is self induced.
