As usual, very neat pics and I am SO sad that we don't have grass like that around here. (You know, that green, tall stuff you're out there cuttin off.)

The hogs look fat and the coyote looks lean. Ol' Wiley Kyote probably wishes he could run fast enough to capture some of that ham on the hoof.

Well, in which case you can keep the weeds! lol. We've got enough to worry about around here. Trouble is, I haven't hardly seen green grass all year long except for our family reunion trip back to Iowa.

Hurricanes in September make everything turn green. Specially them weeds. We had our place all mowed and lookin so nice, and then Ike came thru....all the small weeds that were shorter than the shredder......went to growin really fast. Almost can't tell that it was mowed. But.....it did make the grass grow too...which was a good thang.

Yes.....if you get in the wrong situation, they will attack. Friend of ours went huntin with hubby, and a big boar was comin at him. He shot several times....and finally dropped him at about 10 ft. He weighed about 400 lbs, and had tusks about 5 inches long. They can really rip and tear.
When I worked in the same building as our vet, he'd have guys bring in their hog dogs......most of the time they couldn't be saved they were ripped up so bad.
They pop their teeth together as a warning. It's not a pretty site. I've seen the one's we've trapped do that.....
