Remember when Obama committed treason by bypassing Congress and swapping five high-value detainees for one American traitor?

Remember the speech Obama gave last week telling Americans that we must take on ISIS?

Put together the two and you have a case for charges of treason against Barack Hussein Obama.

It is being reported that at least 3 of the 5 detainees involved in the swap have joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq as commanders and are using that rank to usher in an "Islamic Caliphate" (a Sunni Islamic Theocracy - contrary to Obama's claims that ISIS is not Islamic).

The "Taliban 5" who were transferred from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to custody in Doha, Qatar, are Mohammad Fazl, Khairullah Khairkhwa, Abdul Haq Wasiq, Norullah Noori, and Mohammad Nabi Omari. They have largely disappeared from view since they were dropped off in Doha, but eyewitnesses place Fazi, Wasiq, and Noori in Iraq and Syria fighting with ISIS.

This confirms our worst fears when the swap took place.

One Constitutional expert believes that this is a clear and historical example of presidential treason.

"Article 2 of the Constitution clearly states that treason is the act of giving aid or comfort to the enemy - or that of waging war against the United States," says Constitutional Law professor Ron Bear. "It is clear that Barack Obama broke the law - even his own Government Accountability Office says that the law was broken in regards to the (Bergdahl) swap. Now you have the best radical Islamic generals returning to the battlefield to wage war against the United States. American blood is definitely on the hands of this president, and it probably rises to the Constitutional challenge of treason - or at least high crimes."

Will we see impeachment proceedings against Barack Obama? At the moment It is highly unlikely.

If Obama were a Republican, there would be calls for his head, but I digress.

GAO CONCLUSION
Our opinion in this matter rests upon the Secretary of Defense’s responsibility to comply with a notification condition on the availability of appropriations to transfer individuals from Guantanamo Bay. This opinion does not address the Secretary’s decision to transfer the five individuals in this case as part of DOD’s efforts to secure the release of an American soldier. However, when DOD failed to notify specified congressional committees at least 30 days in advance of its transfer of Guantanamo Bay detainees to Qatar, DOD used appropriated funds in violation of section 8111. As a consequence of using its appropriations in a manner specifically prohibited by law, DOD violated the Antideficiency Act. See 31 U.S.C. § 1341(a). DOD should report its Antideficiency Act violation as required by law.

I don't doubt the Messiah broke the law, he is the law in his mind. I was questioning the claim that 3 of those guys were already honchos with ISIS.

Have three detainees swapped for Bowe Bergdahl now joined ISIS?

By Louis Jacobson on Thursday, September 18th, 2014 at 2:01 p.m.

This is a screenshot of a portion of a movie-trailer-style video reportedly released by the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL.

A reader recently sent us a link to a rather startling claim -- that three of the five Guantanamo detainees released by the United States in late May in exchange for Taliban prisoner Bowe Bergdahl have now taken up arms for the Islamic State.

That’s the militant group sometimes known as ISIS or ISIL that has taken control of portions of Iraq and Syria and has beheaded two American journalists and at least one other Westerner.

The claim stems from a website, politicalears.com, that ran a post on Sept. 15, 2014, with the headline, "Three of five detainees swapped are now ISIS leaders." The post, which was also linked to elsewhere on the Internet, goes on to say:

"It is being reported that at least 3 of the 5 detainees involved in the swap have joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq as commanders and are using that rank to usher in an 'Islamic Caliphate' (a Sunni Islamic Theocracy -- contrary to Obama's claims that ISIS is not Islamic).

"The 'Taliban 5' who were transferred from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to custody in Doha, Qatar, are Mohammad Fazl, Khairullah Khairkhwa, Abdul Haq Wasiq, Norullah Noori, and Mohammad Nabi Omari. They have largely disappeared from view since they were dropped off in Doha, but eyewitnesses place Fazi, Wasiq, and Noori in Iraq and Syria fighting with ISIS."

If true, this would be a major story. But it’s not.

President Barack Obama took significant heat at the time for releasing the five detainees, with some critics also taking issue with the ex-detainees’ new terms of custody -- being transferred to the Persian Gulf state of Qatar with restrictions on their political behavior but relative freedom of movement within the country.

We didn’t find any news reports about what the ex-detainees have been up to recently, but we quickly noticed a couple of red flags that made us suspicious of the email’s claims. For starters, the claim in politicalears.com is entirely unsourced.

In addition, we’d run into politicalears.com before and found the site less than credible.
Earlier this month, we looked at its claim that "over 73 percent of all donations raised" from the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge "are going to fundraising, overhead, executive salaries, and external donations." We gave it a Pants on Fire.

Experts who study the region told us the claim was wrong. The ex-detainees "are all in Qatar. This is nonsense," said Barnett R. Rubin, director and senior fellow at New York University’s Center on International Cooperation.

Daveed Gartenstein-Ross, a senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, said that while he doesn’t doubt that the ex-detainees are dangerous to United States interests, "there is literally zero evidence" that the detainees have been spotted on the battlefield with ISIS.

Gartenstein-Ross added that the claim doesn’t even make much logical sense and betrays the author’s weak grasp on the region’s nuances.

"The ex-detainees "were in the Afghanistan-Pakistan theater," Gartenstein-Ross said. "Based on these guys’ social networks and who their points of contact were, it’s pretty unlikely they’d be able to quickly find a way to the battlefield and have a command" in the Iraq-Syria border region.

"They are not native Arabic speakers, and it would be unfamiliar terrain culturally. They would face a lot of obstacles," he said.

When we asked the White House if there was any evidence that one or more detainees has joined ISIS, spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden said, "There is no truth to these reports."

Our ruling

Bloggers said that "three of five detainees swapped (for Bowe Bergdahl) are now ISIS leaders." The claim has nonexistent sourcing, has been published by sites with questionable track records for accuracy, and has been knocked down by independent experts. We rate it Pants on Fire.

Sounds to me like its another absolutely false claim from a shoot from the hip unreliable site that mostly preys on the paranoia of bigoted and weak minded folks to stir more fear and hate with unfounded stories ...

But what a shock, not a mention by the fatman of the Messiah flaunting the law yet again.

The Fatman is forgetting the unfounded claims by the Great Pretender, his minions, and the MSM concerning, just to name a few...if you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it...a YouTube video caused the riots in Benghazi that left four Americans dead...Ft. Hood was workplace violence...Lois Lerner's emails are gone forever...the border has never been more secure...and most recently, ISIS isn't Islamic.

The entire administration and MSM are nothing but lying sonsabeaches, giving their all to protect the backside of the Great Pretender. And the Fatman is right there in lockstep with them...his chosen cult.

Might be almost as false as OT's claim about his miraculous RYDER Truck?

Or maybe the "Eight year coffee break"?

If it doesn't fit our way of thinking we don't want to hear about it....

And then to prevent the truth coming out- personally attack anyone who dares question that thinking, offers a differing view, or has the unmitigated gall to show evidence to the contrary !

Woa there, THE Louis Jacobson? That Louis Jacobson? The one that called up the White House to see if the White House was going to ever admit to their mistakes?

I don't know where the truth exists, but looking to the reprobate OT, to cite a lefty apologist for the truth is stupid. This is where we should ignore a known liar.

A little about Jacobson, if he can find and excuse to kinda squeeze in an outlier, he will call something moderate untrue/true. Sorta like when rand Paul said the income disparity is worse in commie governed cities. Just because there are exceptions, doesn't change the fact Paul was correct. But Jacobson said it was mod true/untrue.

Posting anything that comes out of the whitehouse as anything but fiction is reason to never trust this dude

I definitely am not an advocate for promoting abortion -- but do believe the decision is better left to the woman, her Doctor and her God- than a bunch of old grey haired guys in D.C. ...

And its nice to see more and more in politics following the Libertarian stance (and what used to be the old Republican stance) on many of these social issues...

Don't like someone's right to maim torture and dismember children? When did it become a right to dismember children? NEVER!
AP is in trouble for whipping his kid, but I think his kid will live. OT and a coalition, similar to the group that defined human negroes as non humans so they could torture them with impunity, has coalesced to define children similarly for the same ghoulish murderous end. Ya and the Supreme Court was stacked to justify both types of outrage.

Glad those feeble libtards can all goose step in unison no matter the depravity.

So OT was that an imposter calling Barry Goldwater a kook because of his libertarian leanings?

You're all alone on infanticide, Goldwater believed in protecting children.
