Today's poll, Obama gets an "F"

With more than 1.8 million responses to a MSNBC poll, President Obama has earned a grade of "F" for his performance in office.

He received a failing mark in an MSNBC unscientific online survey after having spent less than three months in the White House.

In its "Give President Obama a Grade" survey, MSNBC asked nearly 2 million respondents, "If you were grading Barack Obama on his performance as president, what would he get?"

The largest number of respondents – or 43 percent – gave Obama an "F."

Approximately 31 percent said the president has earned an "A," while 6.5 percent gave him a "B," 5.3 percent answered a "C" and 14 percent said he has earned a "D."

This poll from MSNBC  I'm surprised it was ever made public.

They may have thought it would go the other way, when they started it. They were fooled by his campaign rhetoric, like many.

He's made many blunders since then, and people are noticing. If an election were held today, I doubt he'd be re-elected.

And I don't think he really cares. He's rushing through his "things to do" list, because he knows he only has 4 years.

The Majority didn't even put him above a D. A+B+C Ratings is less then that of D+F. I'm guessing A is the brainwashed, kool aid drinking moon bats who thinks he's wonderful, B is thinking he's doing pretty good, C he's just average, D is people who are unhappy with him but don't want to call him a total failure, and of course F is a total failure. That's the way I see it.

I am surprised the poll has not been pulled. Media is notoriously friendly to the President.

I notice that the king of polls(oldtimer) has failed to weigh in on this, wonder if it has to do with the fact his "boy" is not doing so well???

Social promotion is the liberal practice of promoting a student to the next grade despite their low achievement in order to keep them with social peers. It is sometimes referred to as promotion based on seat time. (even if the student failed to finish the term, before starting a campaign for the next higher seat) Advocates of social promotion argue that promotion is done so as not to harm the students' self-esteem, to keep students together by age (together with their age cohort), to facilitate student involvement in rigged election cycles.

In Canada and the United States, social promotion is normally limited to Kindergarten through eighth grades, and for junior senators from Chicago
