Well we are going to have to say goodby to a man who stands up for what is right. Islamic terrorists will be happy to see him go. In farewell speeches he had some things to say. Blair said the global war against terrorism won't be won "until we shake ourselves free of the wretched capitulation to the propaganda of the enemy, that somehow we are the ones responsible." Outstanding. Furthermore..............he also said that by pulling Britain's troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, "we would be committing a craven act of surrender that will put our future security in the deepest peril."

There is much about Blair that I don't like, but his stand against terrorism is admirable! We can only hope his succesor is equally as single minded in the fight against terrorists.

Hopefully the Brits will be wise enough to heed his words, not counting on it.
